The 69-bed Charlecote Pheasant Hotel comprises a restaurant, seven conference suites, an indoor pool and tennis courts set in four acres and is let to Shearlings. Hortonwood 45 is a modern 122,313 sq ft distribution unit at Hortonwood Industrial Estate, let to Wrap Film Systems and 2 Horizon Place is a 13,951 sq ft office building at Nottingham Business Park, let to Wilson Bowden.

Nadav Livni, founder of Hillview Group and fund manager of Hillview Real Estate, said:

“These three transactions are an excellent illustration of our team’s ability to source compelling acquisition opportunities at a dislocation to fundamental value and through active asset management initiatives we re-positioned each property to realise its full potential. Our sale process ensured that we targeted the appropriate universe of buyers to maximise value for each one.”
