Hillview Real Estate, the UK regional office investor, has sold a headquarter manufacturing complex in Wrexham to the long-standing tenant, Transcontinental Advanced Coatings (TAC) for £4.3 million.

The 79,000 sq ft complex on Ash Road North, Wrexham Industrial Estate, has been occupied by TAC for more than 30  years and is core to its operations. Its decision to buy the complex coincided with the expiry of its lease in February.

TAC, which is a subsidiary of TC Transcontinental, a global leader in flexible packaging, specialises in the manufacturing of coatings for the medical, industrial and electronic sectors.

Hillview Real Estate was advised by Memery Crystal LLP.
